Fully inspected and insured, Crab Island Runner provides full shade over the walk-around deck and restroom for your comfort while on the water. Our Coast Guard licensed Captain and CPR certified mate guarantee to keep you safe while having a great time.
The excursion will also include an educational cruise in hopes of spotting dolphins and other sea-life.
Crab Island Runner has bench seating with storage for small coolers and small beach bags. Be sure to pack along your favorite sunscreen, towels, hats, sunglasses, watertoys, snacks etc… We offer complimentary iced water bottles and select adult beverages are available for purchase. Guests are allowed to bring a small, soft-sided cooler with them but no glass is permitted. Due to liquor license, no outside alcohol is allowed on board.

Where Our Crab Island Trips Depart — Locations, Parking & Check-In
Crab Island trips run from two Destin locations — the Crab Island Runner from our launch across from the sandbar, and the Tipsy Tiki from Gilligan’s on the Destin Harbor.

Parking
Xtreme H2O (7 Calhoun Ave): Public parking is available at the Destin Marina, first come, first served. Space is limited on high-volume days, so we recommend carpooling when possible.
Gilligan's (530 Harbor Blvd): Free parking on property, first come, first served, with overflow parking at 531 Mountain Drive.
Check-In Process
Arrive 45 minutes before departure to complete waivers and check in, and bring a valid photo ID. Both boats are fully captained — no boating license or experience needed. After check-in, the crew walks you aboard and runs a quick safety briefing, and restrooms are available on board and at the departure location. On the Tipsy Tiki, bottled water and life vests are included, with the lily pad, floats, and water toys shared on the trip.
Good to bring: your own snacks and a small soft-sided cooler with drinks (no glass), reef-safe sunscreen, a hat with a strap, and a phone strap or waterproof case for photos. Weekends sell out — book at least 48 hours ahead.
