This popular event generates a crowd like no other and allows you to try catching the biggest fish you can.. Each Blue Marlin fish can mean a different price. There are also cash award prizes for catching specific fish. During the competition, people also want to be able to get release points, which again are rewarded for certain kinds of fish. The Farmers Market at Baytowne Wharf
Something fun to do while in Destin is going to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday.. Basically every Saturday, the Baytowne Wharf has a Farmer’s market with local vendors coming out and selling their local items. Visiting the farmer’s market allows you to give back to the community in Destin, so we recommend you check out all the vendors, you might find something cool to bring back home.
